Cottam Portable Forges
We have designed 2 new forges after listening to the needs of many farriers. Key features were affordability combined with reliability and very low running costs.
The Cosmic Forge and the Hot Shot Forge both have undergone extensive testing by a number of farriers to ensure that they stand up to the rigours of a modern day farrier.
Both forges come complete with regulators. All you need is a bottle of propane gas.
The design of both Cosmic and Hot Shot Forges is kept as simple as possible as this means less to go wrong!!!
Mr Graham Smith DipWCF says - "I find both forges excellent. My apprentices like the Cosmic, but I prefer the simplicity of the Hot Shot. I have just replaced the original roof brick after fitting over 9600 shoes!"
