All products remain the property of Foot Fetish Farrier until full payment has received by Foot Fetish Farrier.
We encourage you to use the convenience of our online catalogue, but if you desire you may order by telephone or fax.
You are welcome to print and distribute copies of our brochure, which is available on this website in PDF format.

Customer Return of Goods Policy.
If you are unhappy with a product, for any reason, and it is returned within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition . You may request either a refund or exchange.
All refunds will be credited back to the same account that the payment was made. In the case of Money Orders or cheques the refund will be sent to the PURCHASER by way of cheque.
A customer will not be charged postage (postage refunded if applicable) if the goods were faulty or if we have made an error in sending you the incorrect product. You will be responsible for postage costs if the return is for 'change of mind'.
Claims for shortages or errors must be reported within seven days after receipt of products.
Pricing Policy
There are cheaper products available but they do not compare to the quality of goods we stock. We import and distribute only the best products available and endeavour to minimise costs to the customer.
Prices may fluctuate without notice due to changes in exchange rates and cost of manufacture. We will hold our prices as constant as possible, however the customer will be notified of any pricing changes on ordering.
Payment Policy
Prices/Currency
All prices shown on this site are listed in Australian currency and all transactions are settled in Australian dollars [$AUD].
If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, your currency will be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction and is subject to the current exchange rate on that day.
A currency conversion fee may also be charged to you by your bank. The final charge to your credit card is made in Australian dollars and your bank or credit provider will determine the final conversion rate.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All Prices displayed are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied at the rate of 10%.
Shipments outside Australia will have the GST component removed.
Payment Options
Please note, the sooner funds are cleared, the sooner goods will be dispatched.
We recommend INTERNET BANKING (pay anyone) or direct deposit funds transfer to expedite the arrival of your goods.

Internet Banking
We will confirm your order with you, your delivery address and inform you of delivery time lines.
An invoice will be emailed to you that includes our Westpac banking details.
Funds can be transfered by direct-debit using internet banking or in person at any Bank.
Goods will be dispatched once funds are cleared.

Credit Card (Online, over the phone or by fax)
We do not accept Credit Card payments due to the high risk associated with these details being intercepted.
(We accept Visa or Mastercard for 'Card in Person' transactions when orders are placed at trade or agricultural shows).

Cheque / money order
We will contact you to confirm your order, delivery address and delivery time lines.
An invoice will be emailed to you that includes our postage details.

Delivery
Supply and Delivery Policy.
Goods are imported into the country by sea freight due to the extreme weight of products. The turnaround time can be 8 weeks.
A large variety of tools and performance shoes are already in stock and shipments are being regularly received from the UK.
If the goods you have requested are temporarily sold out you will be notified of delivery timelines.
Back orders will be sent as soon as they become available.
Orders will be shipped to you via Australia Post or other couriers.
All risk of the delivery will be passed to the customer once the items have been provided to Australia Post or other courier.
Foot Fetish Farrier is not responsible for any loss or damage to products caused via transit.
Alternate delivery arrangements may be arranged with Foot Fetish Farrier. Any additional costs would be charged to the customer.
Order cancellation by Foot Fetish Farrier
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time and will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Order Cash and Carry
Orders may be collected from warehouse subject to appointment.
